Stole deposit. Listen to the other negative reviews. Only positive reviews are from 5+yrs ago. 6/6/24 – still no update. It’s best to stay away from this company. 4/30/24 update – No response, company (husband and wife) has completely gone off the radar. 4/25/23 update – Still no response after sending additional correspondence checking on status. 4/19/24 update – Still no response from Glaziers. 4/18/24 update – Sent an email checking status of check. No response, no phone calls or texts. Once again they have disappeared off the grid even though as per below they said they would send the deposit back by today or call to advise if they could not. Unfortunately as per below small claims court seems like it will be inevitable shortly if no feedback from Jamie or McKenzie. 4/16/24 Terrible company. Listen to the other negative reviews. They took our deposit. Never showed. Give constant excuses. We gave a deposit back in January. It’s now almost May. We had the glass scheduled to be installed months ago. No one showed. We had to call them. They gave more excuses and about why they couldn’t have communicated they wouldn’t make it. They offered to give our deposit back within 2 weeks. It’s been over a month. They gave more excuses. Now we are having to take them to small claims court. 4/16/24 Update. Just spoke with McKenzie. After reviewing our negative review she now says she’ll send the check out this Thursday 4/18/24 and touch base if she cannot. We have sent them an email with the amount, who to write the check out to and where to send it.

I ordered my window in July and only get excuses when I try to contact them. I would recommend finding someone else.

Moved into new house. They came out and took measurements for shower door. Said it would be ready in 1.5 to 2 weeks. Almost 5 weeks later, still no shower door. They keep saying that the plant is running late, then last conversation was that the door was in, but waiting on hardware. They also promised timely updates, but other than one email on Sept 29th (where they upped the original price), I have called for updates and then got another email right after I called on Oct. 13th. I paid a deposit, so can’t really go with another company at this time. Still waiting on my shower door. Not happy with service and don’t know when I will have a shower door. Hope it is a decent door if it ever gets installed.

Jamie and McKenzie do great work! They have finished 2 projects for us, and we are most pleased! They stay in touch from the first request for an estimate throughout the project. They are both so professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Glaziers.

Excellent service, replaced two shattered panes in two sliding glass doors on our farm. Very prompt service, had to order the glass but came very quickly to install once it had arrived. I would highly recommend their business to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.
