I discovered Glass Solutions via local dealership. Communicated with Randy on several occasions and the experience was great: he’s extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I requested an OEM windshield and they ordered it from the dealership very quickly. I received several order status updates, until the windshield was delivered to the shop. The installation took less than two hours. The waiting area is nice and clean. I am extremely possessive about my car and every time I have to take it to (any) shop I completely freak out just thinking that someone else will touch it. Crazy, isn’t it? Anyway, they did a great job and at the end of day everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Solid 5 stars.

I was referred to glass solutions by my Toyota dealer. I have auto windshield wipers and the sensor wasn’t attached correctly so they weren’t operating well. Made an appointment and they took my car back immediately. 20 min later the sensor was reattached and cost me $53

Great Customer Service, Taylor nailed it and the directions and information ahead gave me were spot on! I was concerned because it’s so far out of my way and really did not want to go that part also is concerned because my Subaru is pretty new but they aligned my mirrors and everything perfectly. No issues with my back up !!

Glass solutions has replaced our Subaru’s windshield and recalibrated the camera two times now. Both of my experiences were the same standard of ease to schedule, getting my insurance involved, and getting the windshield replaced. The appointments are roughly 1 hour and their team is very professional and friendly. The waiting room in Garner is comfortable and offers drinks, snacks, wifi, and tv. I took my kids this time and they enjoyed the chewy bars and walking around on the sidewalks outside. I definitely recommend!

Best prices for a large window replacement with broken seal. The crew identified a problem with the metal casing and replaced that on the spot as well. Very pleased.

I most say I am OCD of my vehicles, and worry when somebody or Service is about to take them in their hands and from the moment that Randy the rep that guided me through all the insurance process all the way to the end of the installation of the vehicle glass being installed, I was worried and when I got my vehicle back and saw how perfect the installation was, my worries were flushed away completely. The quality to installation is top tier. They came recommended by Porsche and Lexus.

I’ve used Glass Solutions in Garner twice in the last six months -I’m just lucky, I guess- and they have taken good care of me both times. I can’t speak to the price as State Farm covered the damage 100% both times, but they took care of everything and I’ll use them again…hopefully not too soon though!
