My patio table top shattered. I asked Anthony to help. Once he understood the situation, he said, “Getting a new table for home depot is much cheaper. I would like your money but of you can get a whole new set for under $200 wouldn’t that be better? Let me know if you still want it but I don’t want to take advantage.” This is a good business – if they can find you a better deal elsewhere, they will.

Granting a three-star review. The service lacked friendliness; the individual handling the phone call showed little interest in being helpful. Despite not making a purchase, the phone call experience was off-putting, prompting me to seek alternatives elsewhere.

Instead of just giving me rates and having me standby for this business to come repair my window, the owner answered the phone and walked me through a quick fix to get me through my window issue while a part I ordered was on the way. Seems to be an honest guy that’s not just trying to take a customers emergency for his advantage.
