Very disappointing experience with this company. They were not selected by us during the closing process to obtain a credit toward double paned windows that had to be replaced. We went with it given the overall positive reviews on here. The initial bid was about 50% of the actual revised bid. Apparently their window “expert” missed 2 GIANT windows with condensation in them that sit in our well-lit living room. Unfortunately we were not present during this “inspection.” During their second visit, these were obviously flagged (and some more) and the bid doubled (~5k). That was fine with us, even though annoying. The worst part is that they didn’t flag other windows that had to be replaced as well. Basically, we (the non windows expert) had to tell them (the windows expert) what to replace. The incomplete work was done alright (or so it seems), including having to BEG them for resealing some of the existing windows (which we didn’t request for free, but were willing to pay for). Of course they didn’t bother to clean up the newly installed panels. Communication was absolutely the worst. I will call another company to replace the rest of the window panels (many of them). If they don’t want to take the job, they should just turn it down so we can give the money to some other company that actually wants the work.

My kitchen window got stuck open on Saturday. It wasn’t an emergency so I submitted an online service request that same day. Monday morning they called me and their schedule was very full for the next 8 or 9 days but they put me on their emergency list. Just 30 minutes later they called and had someone on the way. Kevin arrived within a few minutes and before 11am my window was fixed. They’ve helped me with a number of things over the years and are always friendly and do great work. We are lucky to have such a great local company in our community!

I took 2 screens to be fixed to them great job, great price and fast. I took 2 smaller screens to Discount window and glass and it cost $20.00 more than mobile. Also the screen from other place was not seated right and has a little opening near the rubber. Save your time and money Go TO Mobile Screen and Glass on Indian School . great staff and they do it right.

I used Monile Screen and Glass to install a built-in dog door in my sliding glass door. Vince came out and did a fabulous job. I love the results and highly recommend Vince & Mobile Screen and Glass.
