Where do I start?! This crew is the absolute most thorough and professional I’ve encountered. We had a custom shower door application and they nailed it!! Couldn’t be happier with the level of service and the product/outcome! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend!!

Took them 3 weeks to complete my order of one piece of mirror of 14”x18” with no call backs, had to call and check on my order 3 times, they did install it but did not do a good job, the mirror scratched easily, they charged $132.72, ended up finding another place that only charged $17.50 for a piece of glass tax included! I will never use them again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. October 7 – Called and placed an order for 30″ x 1/4″ round piece of glass to sit on top of a wood table. Pretty standard. They told me they were about a week out, they quoted me a price and I asked if they needed a deposit or for me to pay then. They said no and they would give me a call when it was ready. October 16 – Called to check on it and was put on hold for about 2 minutes. He came back and said he had a lot of calls, could he call me back? He never called. October 23 – Second call to check on it. He put me on hold for a short bit and came back saying it was cut and just needed to be polished. He said it would be ready the next day and he would call to let me know when I could pick it up. November 2 – You will find this shocking…but I never got a call. I called this morning to cancel the order, I’m tired of this, and got voicemail since they weren’t open yet. “No problem, I’ll leave a message”, I thought. Nope – The mailbox was full. I can’t speak to the quality of the product as I clearly never received it. I ended up calling another company and they quoted me $40 cheaper, took a deposit, and told me it would be 3-4 days. She estimated next Tuesday. I have already shared my experience with my team at work and if anyone ever asks for a recommendation, I will recommend they never come to Chippewa Glass & Mirror.

They got my glass to me in a fast and timely manner. There weren’t any flaws and it was just as I ordered. I will definitely be back, if needed, and I definitely recommend!

after spending almost 200 dollars i had to take the window back twice to be fixed and the man who waited on me was a little rude i will not be going back there which is sad because i would rather go to the smaller shops than the big chain stores
