Waited 6 weeks for an onsite estimate of window replacement. On 6/18 they arrived to estimate the replacement of the glass only, in three bedrooms and one in the kitchen. Informed me that in order to measure the glass they would have to remove the facing of all of the windows and that it most likely would be damaged in that process. Informed me that each window facing would cost 40.00 to replace (160.00). In other words, to give you a free estimate of what it would cost to replace your windows, they first must damage them so they can charge you to repair them? This screams scam to me. The only reason there are two stars in this review instead of one, is because one of the two men that were at my house to do the “free” estimate, seemed genuinely embarrassed and repeatedly apologized that they have to damage my existing perfectly fine and functioning windows and charge me 160.00 to repair the, in order to give me a free estimate. The other worker was the one speaking in a frank, “this is how it is”, condescending, “Yes, if you want an estimate this is the only way to get it, your windows have to be measured and we can’t give you an estimate without damaging them” (to the tune of 40.00 per window). There are plenty of other window and glass replacement companies out there. This one, despite their name recognition- is a SCAM. Buyers Beware. And thank you to the one kind gentleman who recognized, that I recognized, the ridiculousness of this practice, and tried to make it better with your kind apologies.

As a previous employee of Brady’s Glass I was able to see the inner workings of the company. The company shows very little care for the customer. Repeatedly the ladies in the office talked negatively on any customer that had even the slightest complaint, the owner shows no ability to communicate with customers as well as employees, as well as him making multiple racial slurs during my time with the company including using the N-word with a hard R. I have always had a lot of respect for the company until I saw how it operated internally. I would never give my business to a company like this. Edit: Ryan Burke, the owner of the company that just replied to my review is the culprit of the slurs. He told me to my face that he uses the N-Word a lot around his wife and she tries to convince him to stop but he “can’t”. Don’t let his words confuse his values, this is such a big part of his character that he can’t bring himself to stopping the use of racial slurs in his personal life as well as in his professional life.

We had Brady’s install a glass shower door and couldn’t be happier with the results. The installers were prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Best Customer Service I have ever experienced. They rushed when we were moving out of our house and needed a window fixed to sell. They went above and beyond and were absolutely AMAZING. I cannot recommend enough.

Brandon replaced the broken window the robbers used to get into my house. Very responsive in time and service! Highly recommend Brady Paint and Glass. Just sorry they are no longer in Columbia.
