My glass tech was Joshua Nance he was through and prompt when arriving to my home and provided a detail layout of my install for my picture double pane window. Joshua was very detailed regarding the window install and advised the benefits my particular window provided such has heat resistant to save my floors and furniture. I like to also mention i have a hectic work schedule and i was able to coordinate with Joshua on a later time and he worked around my schedule with no problem. he was able to come later in the day to ensure that i was able to have my picture window installed. I was very thankful for him coming to my home after 5:30 as my schedule does not really allow me do an earlier time. I would recommend Joshua Nance to any of my family and friends as he has done an amazing time with working with me as a client as well as the beautiful job on my install with my picture window. Thank you Joshua for your time and work! I love my window

This company is very rude and just calls and has my window and can’t have it put on my car on the day of My appointment cus their window working person is not shown uo for his job. I had and opened windows change for both Friday, then now Monday to now they call can put my window on till tomorrow. They call me after I return 4hrs away to do this and put my apt off again. I drove from up north and this windows place was close to my UofM dr appointments but I suggest you go to a more business focused company vs this company who just keeps changing their appointment and then hang up on the call. As you call back they just put your call on hold when you call back! Cus they are a rude and apparently a bad business that don’t have employees that work in a way that they can keep your appointment. As even if its a holiday weekend then the owners should not set clients to come in! But as its the week after the holiday and the owners or bosses treat you like you don’t matter when they don’t have good employees= bad owner apparently?!?! P.S. I have a legal name change to post this in two names vs making up fake names to be rude like your bad business is to clients. Ironically I have state business with multiple licenses in both FL and MI. So OWNER to THE PROBLEM/ MAYBE OWNER WHO JUST POSTED A REPLY [OF her or her employee who was rude to me at 7:30ish AM today]… your business for 50yrs means you should hire another owner, lol and/or other employers so you don’t get bad reviews. Especially when your business was the fault that had me drive back 4hrs due to already trying to accept the 4th of July of the day before the 1st apt for 5th of July. To now more games 🎮 😴 on July 8th being too much of a holiday for your business to keep your appointment 😀 still the next week after the holiday date 📅

Very Awesome Company. I called and needed an estimate on a shattered sunroom window. They gave me a scheduled date they could come out everything was very fast after that.

Girl name Sarah very rude and disrespectful has a very nasty attitude I had an appointment setup today and called to verify the time she immediately got an attitude because I asked her to verify the phone number on file and told me I was a pain in the butt just for asking to verify the phone number on file and then she called me from a no caller id and started cussing me out I do not recommend this place
