It’s been a couple of years since west cal glass did my shower doors. I’ve had nothing but trouble with shower door closing properly. I got tired of complaining about it. I was told doors were not cut correctly and had to be reordered. After another door and panel and lots of water running out I’m just done with west cal glass. Very friendly employees but couldn’t get my stuff to fit properly.

I’ve known the owner for a long time. Great person . He taught me quite a bit when Steve and i worked together .I highly recommend just on character alone

Giving a 2 star because they did refund us in full. Day one – came out to take measurements. Said it would be a few weeks til all windows came in. About a month passes by and they come out to install. Come to find out, some of the measurements are wrong and they will have to remeasure and reorder them but the ones that are right, they were going to hang on to and bring them back when the others come in. About a month and a half passes and we called to check on the status, turns out, the windows that were right the first time got accidently thrown out and now those will have to be reordered. (Who just throws out glass?) Several weeks pass and everything is in and ready to install. But shortly after arriving, their heat gun breaks and they have to go out and find another one. They come back later that day and a worker broke some of the glass so now they have to reorder. Long story short, the job is not complete after about 6 months but we do have a lovely window in my bathroom that is a beauty (can you hear the sarcasm?) See for yourself. And we get a fresh breeze that blows in from time to time. I personally do not recommend. Got our money back and will find someone else. Always something with them.
