Mickey came to my house to fix the chip in my windshield. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do, and how long it would take. He finished early and did an excellent job. I was able to go back to work while he worked on my car in the driveway. I would highly recommend this company and Mickey.

Just bought a 2006 Honda CR-V, I’m driving around and dink a rock hit my windshield, it was just a little dink but I seen it had a couple of runs off of it. I called around everyone wanted me to fill out forms online give them info on my car and about me, I thought this is way to much just to repair a windshield. I finally found a local place, NOVUS I called and got a real person on the phone(which is what I liked) Trent. I told him my problem he said we can do that no problem. Within a hour I had my windshield repaired. I should say he wasn’t that bizy when I called and it was only 15 min from my house but still the customer service was great, and they do all glass repair houses and all. So if you have a broken windshield or just a chip, or cracked window in your house you know where I’m going. NOVUS glass Southside of Des Moines. Thank you very much NOVUS.

Was with my trainer in a semi got a crack in the windshield , the 2 owners came out to the Loves on I-80, Iowa Speedway Drive and fixed us right up..Would refer anyone to them..Both were very very nice!! Thanks guys, I appreciate y’all!!!

I was driving through Iowa on my way back to Chicago and heard the sound no one wants to hear with 350+ miles left. The truck in front of me kicked up a rock, landed on my windshield and caused a decent size crack in my front windshield. I didn’t want to risk it so I started Googling Glass Repair Shops nearby. I happened to come across Novus Glass of Des Moines and considering their 5 star reviews (for obvious reasons) I decided to give them a call. Let me tell you, they more than lived up to those 5 star reviews. From the initial phone call to the actual repair, the entire process was absolutely seamless! The gentleman I spoke with initially on the phone (I believe his name was Kyle) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He located his closest tech and dispatched them before we even hung up the phone. The tech actually arrived on site 10 minutes earlier than the estimated time of arrival. Considering I was quite a distance away form their shop, the response time was absolutely impressive. The tech that arrived was just as helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what he was goin to do to repair the crack and did so in a very timely manner. The vehicles that their field tech showed up in was brand new and had quite an impressive setup. Here we are a month later and you would never even notice that the windshield was ever cracked. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Novus Glass of Des Moines! Thanks guys!

Great experience working with Trent to replace a window. They were able to schedule the replacement quickly, showed up to my home early and had the job done in about 30 minutes! Very knowledgeable, professional and affordable! Would highly recommend!
