I was very happy with the service from Busy Bee. The lady in the phone was very helpful and friendly. The guys were very quick and efficient. They also offered suggestions on a better type of glass to consider. Most of all, the emergency weekend price was better than the usual place we call. Will call Busy Bee again for this type of service.

Hire this company, is one the best fast and reliable , did a great job,remove and clean the glass . They install 2×4 and playwood use volt’s so cans be very secured and no one come in. was little expensive but believe, family is first and I’ll protect them at any cost .it was at 3am and They came faster than the police . Also The crew was efficient,fast and friendly. 100%I highly recommend it!!!

They contacted me to contract me a job but refused a contract “we dont have anyone to meet and sign a contract so we need you to just do it” and continuesly asked me to keep driving to the job to rebid the job. Then said they own the building but it is not registered to their name.

Updated review January 2024 – Unfortunately for me I had another instance where I needed a boardup service. I called at about 5AM on a Saturday and someone was on site within about an hour which I for one appreciate. Again would rate another 5 stars overall. Technician on site was respectful, professional, and efficient. Thanks again. I was fortunate to find Buzy Bee as an alternative to another boardup service I have used in the past. I was very impressed with the dispatch process and the response time. The tech did a very nice job removing the shattered glass and creating a nice temp boardup. Typically the service crews have a shopvac but this particular truck didn’t have one so I ended up cleaning up more glass than usual. Overall still a very positive experience. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need a boardup service.

Don’t use this company at all. After experiencing a fire that could’ve potentially been life threatening to my entire family, I asked the owner for a breakdown of the job and why it was so expensive. She refused to send this to me at first but ended up sending it after a negative exchange via text messages. She was very unprofessional and nasty saying that they would come out and take the board off and then put a lien on my house. All I asked for was a breakdown of the cost and got much more than I deserved as a paying customer. I also informed her that we had more work to be done and that they wouldn’t be doing any of it. I was an estimator for a glass and mirror company and we never treated people with such disrespect and bad customer service. It was disheartening to experience this after such a tragic event as a fire and having to get your family to safety while everything you worked for goes up in smoke. Her last comment to me was, “you’re just having a bad day and I don’t have time to argue over pennies, “ that was the most disrespectful comment I’ve ever heard. Of course I’m having a bad day, my bathroom just burned up, but you absolutely have no empathy or heart for helping people. This company is Just about making the money at whatever cost. She also told to be blessed and she will pray for me after the harsh words, how nice of you, NOT!!!!!! I told her that I would like to speak to the owner, she replied, “I am the owner Lol” I have the entire conversation saved for my receipt.
