Amazing professionalism and friendliness is the common factor of the Glass Doctor staff who handled the replacement process of a window whose double-paned interior glass shattered in a spontaneous explosion at home. Using the Glass Doctor website I requested a quote for said project and they immediately contacted me and gave me a competitive quote and also explained the glass replacement process in detail. I had an appointment scheduled with technician Russell who showed up punctually on the day and at the agreed time. He made the necessary measurements and the rest of the process went smoothly. Many thanks to all the staff involved in the magnificent work carried out and especially to technician Ressell for the skill and mastery demonstrated during its execution. Without hesitation, I recommend Glass Doctor of Tampa to anyone who needs glass work.

Update 7/11/24: I purchased a new truck. Driving down I4 a rock kicked up and cracked my windshield. Called Glass Doctor again. Had another very good experience. My experience in replacing my front windshield on my Ram 1500 could not have gone any smoother. When I called them to begin with they asked if it would be OK if we did a three-way call with my insurance company to help expedite and approve the replacement of my windshield. That process went very smoothly with them taking the lead. My one concern is I wanted an original OEM windshield installed. It was agreed to and I was pleasantly surprised when it looked identical to the one they were removing. The installer showed up at my house and replaced it within an hour. Everything went flawless and he cleaned up his mess and had me sign off on the final product. I’ve driven it through the rain several times and I’ve had no signs of any leaks. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Cody with Glass Doctor , called ahead to advise of his ETA. He arrived on time, And did an excellent job replacing the rear glass on my F150. And also did a great job on the pieces of broken glass in my truck bed and left it clean, To my satisfaction. The price was very competitive compared with the other estimates I received. They also gave me my veterans discount, which made it even better. I would definitely recommend Glass doctor to anyone need glass replaced.

My shop was broken into and I needed the front glass door replaced on a Sunday! I called Glass Doctor and they had Tyler at my shop by 1pm to put new glass in my door!
