Owner didn’t have the capability to help with my custom glass project. As soon as I asked for advice on what direction I should go, he hung up on me. I would never recommend doing business with with that type of person. Response to owner: you did hang up on me. There would be no reason for me to be upset just because you don’t have the specialty equipment required for my project. The one star review is for the fact that you hung up on a person asking for help and no other reason. Aka the one star review was for bad customer service and hopes that you treat people more kindly in the future. Also, your response to my review was gaslighting me and everyone who reads this will see that.

Luis was so nice and trustworthy!! He responded right away and came to fix my window on a SUNDAY within a hour he came and it only took him minutes to fix !!! i called many places that were too over priced!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone! My new window looks so beautiful now

Louis came and replaced five glass window panes the same day we called him for his service. Definitely recommend their service. Louis did a great job and really took care of us. You’ll be satisfied with how professional Express Glass Repairs operate.
