I contacted KC Glass about a rattling window in my condo and while they answered my initial call, they never followed up on my request for an inspection. After they failed to respond to my subsequent call and email I figured they didn’t want my business. Months later a KC technician was visiting my building for another job and my building offered to have them come by my unit. The tech was rude and dismissive of my issue and left after five minutes without offering any means of contacting the business. When we finally reached out via email, KC Glass said they would charge seventeen hundred dollars to get a truck to look at the windows.

Wow, what an amazing group of guys with a solid work ethic,sometimes businesses like K.C. Glass may not get the recognition they deserve ,but I have to tell you how impressive this service really is (unfortunately only a max of 5 stars should be 10 stars thanks again K.C. Glass. Even the Ladies who work in the office made this so easy. Relax The Back
