So I don’t often leave reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary, so here is my story. The gentleman that I own and run this shop, are a family, maybe not by blood, but by their integrity and work ethic. Each one of the people I spoke and talked to and dealt with on site at the job were absolutely professional and so kind. It is very difficult to find a company like this where each employee has the same values. I’m not sure what they are running over there but they’re doing it right and I wish all companies had the same work ethic as this one. Thank you again for everything you did for me. -jd

Maybe alright, I don’t know since I submitted a quote request on their website several days ago and no reply. Even reaching out to say they can’t do the job would have been nice. Oh well, I’m sure there is another company willing to do the job.

I called mid-morning, luckily they had time available and had three chips repaired by 2:15pm in the afternoon. They were able to work me in earlier than their initial time estimate, but because I was not looking for their call, I missed it and it went to vm. The technician was good enough to keep trying until he contacted me so I appreciate his persistence. The price they charged was exactly what they quoted over the phone.
