I got a free estimate from them, and they were great. Quick and professional. Not like some other places where they cant even find your appointment, or dont show up. They arrived when they said they would, and gave me notice on their way over. Their labor is also very reasonably priced.

When had a walk through I explained that we wanted to replace our front window and our back window. When the day came for the windows to be replaced, I wondered why the alarm sensor was not removed, thinking that it needed to be off for the window to be replaced. I was then told that we only were having one front and one back window replaced. I agreed. After a bit of a debate, it was said to me that we only ordered for the unscreened window to be replaced. If you ever get a window replaced, I guess you need to know this. We weren’t happy with this.

Had my windshield replaced today thought everything was good went back out to the car to put the receipt in my glove compartment in my book with all the cars info registration,insurance cards all warranty info. And low a behold it’s missing so I called they said the technician said the glove compartment was opened he closed it . Well I unlocked an opened the car for him an opened the doors it was not open so not only are there technicians liars they are thief’s as well . The manager came out looked through my car like I’m lying andthat I left my car unlocked but I’m sorry if my car was unlocked my car would have been ransacked . There are tvs an all kinds of things in my car so if I left it unlocked my car info would not be the only thing missing period . If you use dons mobile make sure you empty out your car before of anything of value and lock up you glove compartment.

First of I called at 8:15 in the morning hoping to be able to get them over in the next day or two to fix a cracked window for our home showing this weekend. They informed me that they would be able to get me in that same day and would call when someone was available. Not even an hour later they called and they were at the house fixing the window. Amazing! The next day there was a slight issue that normally wouldn’t have been a big deal that we could have figured out but since we were running around trying to take care of so many little things we just called and asked if they could come back and take care of it. They were super understanding, came right away and totally fixed the issue. It’s awesome to work with a company that stands by their work. Thanks, Robert and Curtis!

Took 5 days to replace 1 window pain. In their defense it was after a bad storm. Price was very high. I have replaced the same pane for $100. This time they charged over 250. Could not take payment on card as I was told they could. Very disappointed as I have always relief on Dons for glass replacement. It is not the business it used to be.
