Cannot recommend enough – I’m a stained glass artist and J&D has installed multiple windows for me – they were the only ones who were able to safely deliver a 7ft x 4ft window, which is what prompted this review! This window was cursed, it had broken 3 times in transit by other companies before I called J&D. Tim and Frank came out and built an insulated crate and they got it to the clients house safely without breaking for install today. I cannot express the weight they took off my shoulders by accomplishing this nearly impossible task. Still in awe, so thankful! Would also like to mention Barbara and James, Barbara has been so kind and helpful with scheduling, and James installed a stained glass panel in an old craftsman for me, a difficult ask that was handled with care and attention to detail. Again, cannot recommend enough!

As a realtor growing up in a construction household, I am very picky as to who I work with. J and D Glass was referred to me by my window washers to replace huge panes of floor to ceiling glass in my own home. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, reasonable in price, super accomodating, and the crew was incredible. If you need a glass company, don’t call anyone else.

There was a problem with the piece of glass that I ordered and since it’s such a long way to get there out in West Berkeley at the farthest end, they redid the order at no cost which I thought was very nice of them. The office manager, Barbara, is very lovely and communicative. It’s really out of the way and easy to get lost even with the GPS.

Was able to find a $400 window for $100. J&D has what they call a bone yard of spare windows that couldn’t be using for a project for whatever reason. Great place. Thanks

These guys are amazing! My Business was broken into twice this year and they were able to get the window repaired the same day both times! Would never go anywhere else!
