Got a windshield changed a couple of months ago. After the service was done, a couple of employees told me to pull out the sticker after two hours. The sticker wasn’t even there. Today, luckily, was raining all day so I could find out that windshield leaking from inside. Since it is not raining as often in Tucson did not know that was even an issue. I have an electric car and water dripping right on the phone charger.

Worst service car was scratch tech took about two hours to do his job water is leaking trough seal , worst part I been getting run around about it getting fixed been waiting for a call back from store manager would definitely not recommend

Had a windshield replaced last Wednesday. That windshield started to crack on its own in two places without any contact from anything within a day. Called to set an appointment to get that windshield replaced under warranty and they tried to push my appointment out over a week. I explained that I was going on vacation and needed it done asap. They accommodated with an appointment within two days. I dropped my vehicle off at 8AM for my appointment. I was called at 11:30AM to be told that the glass was never brought in to the location and they could not do the replacement. Why was that not known when I dropped my vehicle off? They held my vehicle for three and a half hours without doing anything to it, then told me they were too busy to call me and let me know before 11:30. Did not try and offer a solution, did not apologize, did not try and fix their mistake. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a repair or replacement.

If I could give them no stars I would. I trusted them to fix my windshield which was cracked and when they replaced it they broke a plastic part that goes under my windshield and it is now rattling, I called the 1st time to get it fixed it took me more than 2 weeks to get in contact with some and have them come out and check if the windshield was placed properly, then was told if I still heard the rattling to call the office and they will fixed the issue that is causing the rattling. I keep hearing the rattling and I have call multiple times and still no response, I would go down there but I work an 8-5 job and that is also their hours. My original Tech who replaced my windshield said if we had any problems to call and the number he gave me he is unreachable. He is also the tech that broke the plastic under my windshield. Safelite is a horrible place to go to. I Do Not Recommend. Especially because they are hard to get in contact with.

The tech couldn’t figure out how to text me when he could not get through on the telephone. We had given instructions on how to contact us so that we could go and open the gates for him. After two hours, we finally got a voicemail. We had a wide open view of the only two entrances to the RV park. We not once saw any vehicle awaiting to enter after four hours of watching that resembled a safelite auto van. We have since made an appointment after getting home. Hopefully the tech will be able to find our home address. Still waiting in Sierra Vista.
