Took car here to have drivers side window replaced after it shattered. When we picked it up they said they clipped the window in place “up” because the motor was jammed with glass. Sounded reasonable until we tried to replace the motor and discovered they never attached the window to the motor at all. The window was never position properly and wind whistles through it. They also did not reconnect the trunk button. Had another place look at it today and the motor works perfectly fine but the regulator wire is broken. It was not broken until Siwrra Vista Glass messed with it. So now I have to pay $259 to another company to fix the regulator they broke. Overall they did everything as badly as they could have and were dishonest about what they did do. I now have to pay someone else to fix what they broke! AVOID!!

The guys are very helpful, friendly and very professional however, the woman that sits in the front does not show much customer service whatsoever. I walked in and got a cold shoulder from her as she sat on the phone with no consideration of me standing there. If it wasn’t for the men that works here I wouldn’t have been helped. So the 5 stars go to all of the men there if I could I’d leave her a negative 5 star. Sometimes all it takes is a good morning can you please give me just a second but I got nothing from her.
