We tried for weeks to get our windshield replaced with the “other guys.” It’s difficult to get an appointment with the “other guys,” and they’re way out in Madison. I’m super glad we found the Glass Doctor. They’re centrally located in the city. It’s easy to schedule an appointment, and they do great work!

My daughter called 10 minutes before me, and they gave the price 295 plus tax. I called to see if I can apply coupon 25 of 250 like their website says and before I say anything about the coupon I asked for the price, and they tell me 325 plus tax. I do not understand how in 10 minutes goes from 295 to 325. I ask the later and she says go somewhere else ruddily. Make sure they give you an estimate on writing because they can change price apparently at any minute.

We had a great experience with this company. Con was courteous and responsive to our call, which explained our need for a quick estimate & repair. Eddie installed the new door and did a fantastic job. Great employees! Professional, kind, efficient, neat ,tidy, and the installation was perfect! We love the new door & enclosure! Quality materials used. We cannot thank them enough for understanding our potentially dangerous situation and for being so kind and responsive!

I had a great experience over the phone. We had a window that was not working correctly, and on a Friday at lunch time, we were worried that we would have a window that was out of the frame for several days in the August heat. I called to schedule service, and the guy on the phone was VERY professional and talked me through fixing the issue myself without any charge. He was outstanding. When they had the opportunity to take easy money from us, they didn’t do it. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor.
