Sales rep was a huge letdown. Didn’t provide any helpful details in person, didn’t know the cost of upgrades, and didn’t provide a quote until I reached out asking about it. Definitely would suggest getting quotes by other companies.

Have a door opener go bad at work, four months ago and they still do not have it working! We will never use them again! Poor workmanship & products, buyer beware!! To bad I couldn’t give them a negative 5 rating.

Friends, zero stars if I could. This place is a scam. For any unsuspecting customers out there who are like me take this as a warning: they’ll bait you with an affordable quote, change their numbers more than 3x’s the amount later, and in addition pick your pockets for their “time”. In my unfortunate case, not only has a tech been inconvenienced, time and money has been wasted, and any future business has been soured.

Requested a quote and got an immediate response from Shyann, she is quick to work and professional. My garage door was damaged from the previous owner and we didn’t fix it for years until it finally broke. Got an inspection and quote very quick and door was installed the day after the down-payment was sent. Very well built door, closes and seals perfectly. As long as they have it in stock they are quick to put then in. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality doors, timely installs and easy to work with people. Thanks Overhead Door Co.

Our garage door broke recently and we called Overhead Door Company. They answered quickly and kindly. Someone was at our house within the hour, informed us of what we needed and completed the project quickly. They even checked out the other garage door to make sure the same issues weren’t occurring. Everyone was transparent about cost. We would highly recommend them

This is my go to company. I had a new issue come up with my garage door opener and the service provided by the office staff and management as well as the technicians was all fantastic along with the quality of the work and the demeanor of the technicians.
