What a great experience! Our contact in Rockford, IL was David, and he was a real professional. The whole thing went smooth as could be for us, even with a garage that was about 80 years old and had problems with the springs. It looks fantastic. Even before he showed up at our place, we went to the showroom and David went through all the options, pricing and so on. We couldn’t be happier!

I highly recommend them. We have used them multiple times over the last 25 years for garage door repairs, door replacement, and garage door openers. The last time was this week. The work has always been excellent, and the people very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

We had a garage door spring break over the weekend. Our cars were out of the garage, so it wasn’t an emergency or anything. We simply called Joe Wilde Company on Monday morning. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning, and Mike came out to fix everything. It was all handled very well from the initial phone call through repair completion. Thanks!
