Working with Miller Door was great. They answered my call the first time I rang them and were knowledgeable about the broken garage door spring I was trying to fix. They had me send a picture of my part details to make sure I got exactly what I needed and then didn’t try to force me to have them install it. That same day, the parts were waiting for me by the front desk. With the printed instructions they provided I was able to get everything working properly again.

My door was previously damaged, I had fixed it, but after several years the brace was coming apart. I called Miller door, they were very friendly and helpful. Damian was able to come out and he did an excellent job of fixing the door, he used a different solution they had suggested, he also adjusted the settings on the door and explained it to me. Really appreciate all that was done and how quickly it went. When i received the bill it was very reasonable.

I have always used Miller door company when I’ve had a few odds and end things with my garage door. Today they came to inspect my garage door opener which, for some reason wasn’t working. The technician accidentally tripped some thing and must’ve fried the motherboard on my old garage door opener. The technician didn’t make any excuses, nor did he lie and say it wasn’t his fault. He simply got a new garage door opener out of his truck and installed it for me and told me that I was only going to be charged for the service call. I was really impressed with the two technicians that they sent out and the honesty of the technician. I would highly recommend using Miller door company.

They were very prompt and professional. The guys that came to do the work did an excellent job & showed me a potential problem & the option to repair it now or wait until it broke. By doing it now it would save a service call fee. They fixed it & now the door is working better than ever. It’s a 20ft wide door. We could’t be happier with them. Thanks Miller Door!
