Superior Contracting 7 months agoIsaac did high-quality work for us, his bid was much more reasonable than others we received, and he was very versatile in the types of work he could do. Not only did he replace rotten window sills, brickmoulds and mullions for us (not including painting), but he also replaced all our gutters and downspouts and replaced a load-bearing garage post wall for us! As an example of how his bid was much lower than others, we had received two other bids for replacing our garage post wall: one for $40,000 and another for over $100,000! Isaac did it for us for $2,000. Isaac also gave us some very good ideas for remodeling our sunroom: install a roof with skylights and gutters, frame in the sides, install picture windows along with a couple of windows that open, and knock out the wall between it and our kitchen. (It is virtually unusable now, as it is not insulated or climate-controlled and gets to 40 degrees in the winter and over 100 in the summer.)

Shepel Homes 7 months agoOne of their vans nearly struck me in a parking garage while the driver was speeding and staring at his phone. I reached out privately in hopes they would take appropriate action, but had to follow up after a week of no response, and finally they respond with “We apologize for the experience. We will make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.” Really was hoping for genuine concern and concrete action taken, but seems they’d rather pretend nothing happened.
