From Edwin on the phone to Jesse who came to my home I can say I am completely satisfied with Ponderosa and its employees. Jesse spent time communicating clearly what was not working with my current setup, why it happened and what was needed to repair it. My options were well defined and parts, cost and warranties transparent. We discussed the pros and cons of each and what was best for me and for long term utility. 7/10/24 – At 7:00 a.m. discovered my spring was broken on my garage door. I called around and other places gave me a 2 to 3- Day estimate (shipping for parts). The dispatcher had a person who was currently out in Vancouver, once Teal was done with his prior job, he came over with the van loaded up with pretty much everything he needed to fix my garage and by 10:30 my garage door is fixed. Excellent. Highly recommend. 7/17/24 – after my garage door was fixed till came back to replace a weather stripping at the bottom of the garage door and it was done in less than an hour. And now my garage door is reliable and working and at the least amount of cost to me. Highly recommend ponderosa garage door for your garage door needs. Teal does fast and excellent work. Thank you!

Our unit was making a horrible screeching sound I called Ponderosa, Jesse came out next day, he replaced our unit and springs and helped setup our online app so we could open and close from our phones. He’s very professional and good at what he does!
