If you’re looking for a getting an honest job done for your garage, this is the company for you! They were able to schedule my repair for the next day, the technician was friends and went above and beyond the repair. Having someone care about a part of your home with no strings attached, just honest caring service was a breath of fresh air. After looking at reviews, I called Peninsula Garage Doors when our garage door stopped working. I spoke to someone on the phone who had me check a few things, and the problem appeared to be a broken spring. She gave me a couple of estimates including a “worst case” scenario, and then got me scheduled a few days later (yesterday). The technician Matt was professional, wore shoe covers to enter the garage from inside, explained options, installed the spring, and then gave some tips on how to optimize the overall lifespan of the garage door. The price was as estimated, and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!!

I had an extremely old wooden, manual-slide garage door and asked Peninsula about taking it out and putting in a new modern door. My space is a little small but they were able to give me a very accurate quote with plenty of information on the options. I went forward with the job and they were excellent. Responsive via email and timely and in touch on the day of. It took basically the whole day (made sense to me). The new door looks fantastic and he made sure to take me through the setup and tell me what everything did, and was able to haul off my old junky wooden door too. Couldn’t ask for anything to be better.

Where do you find a business where a live person picks up the phone at your first call, is available within a reasonable time frame, comes out at the agreed upon time, does the job professionally, and you pay what they told you? Jennifer and Matt were very responsive to a short-notice job around the holidays and graciously fit us in to replace a garage door spring that suddenly broke. Loved working with Matt! He did a great job for us. Due to no fault of his own, his supplier sent the wrong track. Matt was able to improvise and fashion an extension piece on site so he could complete the job that day. The extension was fine and frankly I would not have even noticed had Matt not mentioned it. But, perfectionist that he is, Matt came back later with the correct part and swapped it out. His work with done with perfection, on time and on budget. I’d recommend Peninsula Garage Door to anyone.

Matt did a great job replacing our garage door. It was a custom size since we live in an older home. However, Matt sized it perfectly – it looks great and functions beautifully! Friendly and good communication from the office throughout the process. Highly recommend Peninsula Garage Door!
