There was a big scheduling error (apparently caused by a manager) which delayed our appointment by two days. The 2 women with whom I worked were extremely diligent is getting our appointment rescheduled. Upon his arrival, Scott immediately apologized for the scheduling error and quickly fixed everything, explained everything and was delightful to work with. Very friendly and professional.

Great experience with Precision Garage Door! Kat came out for the estimate and I thought she was really patient when answering all of my questions. The turnaround time to get an estimate back was amazing. From there, I just signed the contract online, and was told that I’d be contacted when my custom order was in. I was expecting it to take 5-7 weeks for the order to come in, but it barely took 4 weeks from the time of order. Derek came out to do the installation. I was told to expect it to take the whole day, but I think he finished in less than 5 hours to replace both garage doors. He was super efficient and really friendly. I’m impressed with the door as they are really quiet…they’re new, so that’s at my minimum expectation. Hopefully it stays that way with proper maintenance. I 100% recommend using Precision Door for your next garage door project!
