We had someone crash through our garage and were in pretty immediate need of a new door. We had three different bids. The Doorman team not only came in with the most economical bid, but also more expertise about the kind of damage we were dealing with and how to fix it correctly. They fit our need of both getting the door fixed quickly as well as getting us the same quality door we had before. 10/10 recommend this crew. So appreciative of their excellent customer service!!

– Easy to deal with – Didn’t try to upsell me – Reasonable cost – Responsive, with pretty good turnaround time My only criticism is they left the labor cost out of my initial estimate and only mentioned it after I’d paid the deposit. But I don’t think it was intentional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Love doing business with a great local small business like theses guys. Over the years they have installed 3 garage door openers (3 car garage) & have done some repairs work to my springs. I always call them first because they ask what the problem is & a few times they walked me thru the problem if they can over the phone. It was easy stuff but they still asked & their prices have been competitive!

Called first thing in the morning after my torsion spring broke the night before. Cody showed up at 9 AM and was done twenty minutes later. He was extremely friendly and professional as well as being happy to answer my questions about the process. Thank you for the quick, easy service. Just wanted to leave a (admittedly glowing) review for The Doorman Service. Needing new garage doors, I talked to Shawn, and he suggested installing a new garage door with an R value of 18.4. You see, my office is right above the garage, and working from home, temperature consistency is key for me. Before, it was literally below freezing, like an icebox down there in winter, affecting the warmth of my office too. During the last cold snap, where it reached 10 degrees (F) my garage stayed a comfortable 60+ degrees, making my office above a lot more consistent temperature wise! Although I was a bit skeptical at first, Shawn’s advice turned out to be incredibly solid and now I can set up my soldering workstation in my garage again for weekend projects. 😄 I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but Shawn’s work was a game-changer, especially for my work-from-home setup. If you’re thinking of doing something similar, especially if you have a space above your garage, definitely reach out to them. I can work in my garage again! A+ Thank you!

You can stop searching, these are the people you want working on your garage door! Shawn, Josh and team are the rockstars of their trade. I was looking for an installer of Clopay products in my area, and Doorman’s perfect 5-star rating got me intrigued. Now that my new door is installed, I am happy to add to their score! There is nothing I wish they would have done better or differently. It was time to upgrade our 1950’s garage door, but we wanted a door design that would complement the unique style of the house. We also wanted to maximize the height of the door within our limited 7’4” garage ceiling height. We didn’t want an opener installed and I wanted to remove the old door and prepare the new opening trim myself. I would not have been surprised if they had walked away after this intro, but no. They respected and accommodated my perfectionist homeowner requests, providing options to help me decide on the right product and spec. They answered every one of my many (many many) questions patiently and in detail, either by email or during a 1+ hour on-site visit. Communication was always prompt and clear, their pricing was fair and transparent, scheduling (and rescheduling) was flexible and very simple. The installation was fast and clean, and the end result is as good as I hoped it would be. Truly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

HIGHLY recommend The Doorman. I was out of town when my garage door decided to break and get stuck open. I made a few calls for estimates. Cody came out the next day. My new garage door was installed quickly and looks so great! Not only was The Dorman fast, they had the most reasonable estimate. Cody knew what he was doing, was so efficient, and super friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new door. Call them for your garage door needs!
