Layne was friendly and showed me in detail all the issues (besides the broken spring) with my garage door. The quote was reasonable and the 10 year warrany gives me peace. The repair was fairly quick and the replacement parts were far superior to the factory parts on my garage door. I highly recommend this company. No issues whatsoever.
