This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had when dealing with home repair. Of the four appointments I had to make, the technician did not even show up for one and was three hours late for on another. There were two different technicians and neither one knew what the other had said or done. One of the technicians even helped himself to materials I had stored in my garage to try and correct the sloppy work done by his counterpart. It took me three phone calls to get ahold of a manager regarding this. The first two calls I left messages which were unreturned and the third I waited on hold until I finally spoke with somone. The only promt response I got from this company is when they wanted my credit card information which they even made a charge on without my authorization. I would definitely recommend using another company!!!

Chris arrived on time, recognized the problem right away. Fully explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Was very professional and had my garage door working perfectly in less than an hour. I won’t hesitate to use Lion in the future if need be. THE BEST!

Repaired my old garage door without upselling me. Very knowledgeable, let me choose from a couple different options at a reasonable price. Although dealing with an old door, it’s working really well now. Eventually I’ll get a new one, and will definitely call Lion!

Chris came out immediately after I made the call on the weekend. I appreciated him coming out so quickly. Turns out my spring broke on my garage and it wouldn’t open. He had the parts already with him and was able to fix it right then. Very professional, courteous , and he answered all questions we had. Highly recommend!!!! Great service!

Most unprofessional company to work with. Customers in the background on the phone talking bad on upper management. Technicians never on time. My dad had a hard time working with this company and the prices weren’t even fair prices.

I called and they had someone to my house within hours. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the quote for a possible replacement was reasonable too. I will call lion for all my garage door needs!
