My garage door spring broke unexpectedly and Hall Garage answered my call quickly and found an appointment time that worked for both of us. The installer called 15 minutes before he arrived and he showed up on time. The installer was experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The work was done correctly, quickly and for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them

Loved them !!! I just had a garage door replacement ….. The rep. came and priced it, told me how long it would take to arrive and they kept that est. time well. I got a call this morning saying they could install right after lunch. They installers were great!!! I couldn’t ask for a better total experience. This is a “turn key” Garage Door company and I STRONGLY recommend you consider them for your garage door needs. Oh and by the way, I live in Roanoke Co. and they’re located in Christiansburg. They served me like I was next door.

Renovated a house but not opener. It died. Going on vacation and just wanted my door fixed. Done plus some additional repairs. So quiet. I’m a happy customer. Only reason not a 5 is your techs are stretched too thin.

Called on Friday after noon, they called back Monday and had Justin out Tuesday early. 60 year old wood door starting to rot at the bottom kind of came apart and wedged in the tracks. Less than an hour and he basically rebuilt it and reinforced the saggy parts with some steel, which will give probably a couple of years to think about the cost of replacing both doors (so they match).

Called on Monday morning concerning a broken spring, Brandon came out the next morning, installed new springs in under an hour. He was courteous, kind, and professional. So grateful for the quick response. Excellent service!

Do not use these people. They did a poor job on my mom’s garage doors. She called these unprofessional people that came out twice. You could see light and there was two holes on the trim. This was thier professional advice, put a sticky trip under the holes if you are worried about mice. Now we will find a professional garage door installer to fix these mistakes.
