Carlos was recommended to me by a friend. When I reached out, he was prompt and available immediately, my garage door was fixed within 1 hour. My issue was that a cable and spring snapped. Carlos fixed the issue and did a “conversion” to a better setup.

This father-son duo are amazing. They came out right away when they said they would, took a quick look and gave a really reasonable price on the repair. They not only fixed the broken attachment, but demonstrated why the attachment broke (poor alignment and bad tensioning on the spring) which was very easy to see once shown. The price I paid for two guys to show up at my house and work for 2 hours in the blistering heat was frankly too low! Great job guys!

Called Carlos in the morning and he was at my house within an hour. It was such a pleasant experience. He took his time to explain to me different options. Was very patient with all my questions. Called after looking up garage door services near me in google. Prompt response from Carlos. Got me onto vedio call to make sure I was not calling for simple issue and burn my pockets. Turned out garage motor has a broken gear, came and replaced the motors on both doors and fixed all minor issues with door panels sounds and adjustments to springs. Excellent service from Carlos and Junior. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of garage repair.

I called Carlos the day before a holiday not expecting a return call right away, but much to my surprise not only did he answer (well, his son and business partner actually answered) but they arrived in less than 1 hour and completed the job within a couple of hours. They did an excellent job, explained everything thoroughly and even let me know of a couple of proactive things I might want to do at a minor cost now to prevent major issues in the future. I highly recommend this company they are A++!
