Bought one of these doors thru Costco. Installer door pro america charged me 5300 then never showed up to install. Claims I can’t get a refund because of Amarr. One of the things that originally attracted me was the lifetime warranty on the spring. “Won’t cost me anything” well later on door pro america said that was a lie and that amaar will actually charge me 400-600 for my “free” replacement part, and of course I’d have to deal with the same shady contractor who stole 5300 and Stilll hasn’t installed the door 4 months later. Scammers. I’m *furious

I’ve been installing them for 23 years. Still at least one of the people I dealt with back then is still there. They’re great but they don’t sell to the public. If you want garage door service contact me for SLC and I recommend Lowry doors for Utah county. But as far as brand. Nothing better than amarr. They have any style, color, and size you want. Residential or commercial. Best product out there. Also the garage door openers they carry lift master. Same as Craftsman and Chamberlain. All kinds of new tech and the best openers on the market. Def recommend.

If zero was an option that’s what I would rate them. They take your money up front then after ten weeks of waiting for the door to arrive you’re told to read the fine print when you ask for a refund. For a company that has such a reputable retailer like Costco as a supporter they might want to take notes about how to treat customers. I will be surprised if Costco continues to do business with them because of they’re lack of professionalism I would NEVER recommend Armarr doors.

This has been a long time coming. Orders are placed incorrectly. Materials take weeks to get here as their trucks literally get lost?? How is this possible today that you lose track of a truck for two weeks? The excuses are innumerable and the service is poor. The front desk isnt trained on products so getting information isnt a quick process either. Even as far to be insulted when all the information was right there on the email to reference but may not have been read?? I will change my review if a manager contacts me about it. If not i suggest you use caution and insure you save all correspondence in the process.
