I had another company. examine my garage doors that. were installed by Price’s Guaranteed Door Inc. They told me the springs were not strong enough for the doors. I filed a claim with Garbett Homes. Bart from Garbett Warranty arrived with the garage guy from PGDI. The garage guy got out of his vehicle and the first thing he said “I am not paying for new springs. It is expensive.” Bart and the Garage repairman both looked at the springs and told me they were correct. The garage guy stated say he has 30 plus years (he gave me the exact year but I forgot) and what does the other guy have? I asked both of them to show me the specifications on the springs. With the conflicting information. I asked for the specifications. The garage guy was saying I am not paying for new springs and Bart was a broken record repeating the same thing over and over again. I was getting no where with either of them. I emailed Garbett homes Warranty and asked them to send me the specifications. They did not respond back with them. After exculating the matter with other issue the Vice President of Construction Roland Brailsford came over to my place with Bart. They provided me the specifications and the one of my garage doors spring was not the right size. Roland and Bart did not show any empathy or appologize for it. Roland just said he has to find out what the ramifications are. The garage guy finally came back out with Bart and changed out the springs. Your garage guy did not talk to me. I was suprised since he was so livid about not changing the springs since they are expensive and he told me the spring size was correct. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The spring on one of my garage doors broke so I called Price’s. Tate came out same day and diagnosed the issue. He came back a couple of days later to install the new spring. Tate did a great job! He’s very fast and efficient and is a great representative of Price’s.

Do NOT buy from Price Doors! We have never, ever witnessed such horrific service. We ordered our windows months ago. They delivered the wrong window and have yet to make it right. We also ordered black trim. They did not stain them before installation. They sent their “master stainer” to stain the installed windows. He did not put any covers down and splashed oil based paint all over our walls and brand new hardwood floors. We have had to repaint and now need to move out of our house for five days to have the floors fixed. Manager JJ is non communicative, disorganized, and plain rude. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with!! It pains me that google is forcing me to click a star to be able to post. They do not even deserve one star.

They quickly came out and gave me options for my door. Conner installed the door and was amazing! He was quick and did a great job! He walked me through maintaining the door and ensured that it ran properly. Conner also cleaned everything up, like nothing had even happened. My only complaint was that it took two months and several calls to get the garage door installed. Once everything was set, they were awesome! The garage door looks amazing!!!

Edit: Following up to your response. Your warranty manager that I worked with I believe was Ryan and yes all my work was done through a builder. When I called an emergency after hours door company I told them to only fix it to the point the doors would close and not to fix all your work that you needed to come back and do. Over the last year I have worked with Price’s Guaranteed Doors to fix my garage doors. They originally installed the doors incorrectly and when I brought up the issue they kept telling me “this is how it’s supposed to be”. If I wasn’t a woman I am sure they would have actually taken the time to look at the doors instead of attempting to brush it off because they think I don’t know better. I had to keep submitting warranty claims to get the doors fixed. One evening on a Friday at 10pm my garage doors wouldn’t shut because they were hitting the foundation wall. I had to pay an after hours garage door company $500 to come out and fix the doors just enough to get them to close. When Price’s came back out to fix everything this other company called out their response was “you’re lucky I’m not charging you because you voided the warranty by having someone else work on these doors”. It took them over 5 service calls to get the tracks for the garage doors installed correctly. It was an absolute nightmare working with Price’s Guaranteed doors. The only thing you’re guaranteed to get by working with this company is terrible work, missed appointments, and to be treated very poorly especially if you’re a woman.

Nick in St.George, UT from Prices Guaranteed Doors did a great job fixing my garage door problem. My system is 15 years old and he could have easily told me I needed a new motor, etc. Instead he took the time to diagnose the real problem, run new wire, replace the eyelets, and all works perfectly now. He saved me a lot of money and I was more than happy to pay the very reasonable bill. Happy to give Nick and Price’s Guaranteed Doors 4 stars!
