I was referred to Monarch doors via a friend and we were very happy that we chose to work with them. Peter Hoj and his team are true professionals. From our first interaction until the end of the project we were clearly communicated with about timelines etc. There were no surprises, no add ons, hidden costs etc. Everything was transparent and the installers were awesome! We love the doors, they really transform our house. I would recommend Monarch to anyone looking for exceptional garage doors. Thank you

Got my spring replaced a few months ago from (place named after a grade your teacher gives), and they didn’t want to replace spring because some of the door hinges had pulled out. Said I needed a new door and proceeded with a really pushy hard sale. Quick google search showed I could just use unused hole and reattach. Months later, needed new opener and decided on Monarch. Job took a little longer than tech thought but no change in quoted price. Additionally, he relocated hinges and did some garage door maintenance without me asking. Told me I had years left in my door. Monarch is incredibly honest and fair. Highly recommend Monarch.

I’ve dealt with this place for many years. They have always been a second choice for garage door parts. They usually have good products in stock. Their service is a little slow and leaves some to be desired. It’s a busy place with allot going on.

When our garage door broke, we called Hoj Monarch Doors for help. They were out the next day and were able to fix it on the first visit. The service person (Nick) was very efficient and polite. We greatly appreciated the quick and friendly service.

Angel showed up and took care of the broken spring on my garage door without trying to upsell me for any other maintenance that was unnecessary and even lubed the tracks and chain without telling me they were going to. Saved us money! Great company! I will call them for all our garage door maintenance.

After backing vehicle out of garage and hitting door with top of Yakima carrier we called HOJ Monarch Door to schedule appointment. Luckily a Technician was just leaving a job and would be here in about ten minutes. Our technician was Angel, and he was that, he was able to place our door back on track and repaired door so we could use it throughout the winter and longer without any worry. If we decide to replace that bottom section because of some visual damage we will certainly call HOJ Monarch Doors and request Angel because he was so efficient and polite and was very professional repairing our door. Thank you HOJ Monarch you’re team saved the day for us.
