This is a 3 year overdue review…however we had trouble with our then 8 year old garage door not opening/closing properly & eventually it broke. We called A Plus Garage Door Repair they came, evaluated & quoted us and also suggested other upgraded options. That wasn’t feasible at the time but decided to go with just the ‘torque master conversion’ parts/service & it has been working normally since then. The techs did great work on repairing the garage for us to use again. We would recommend their services, even the basic maintenance services. Sales guys Danny & Alex were straight shooters; installer Cameron was awesome; pricing was far better than HD; using anyone else is a mistake. My neighbor’s already have their new door on order from A Plus, lol.

An all around positive experience. They were able to get me on their schedule the next day. Sawyer gave me a heads-up and arrived ahead of schedule. He got my garage doors running smoothly and quietly again. He let me know my opener is close to needing replaced but was not pushy in doing that service yet.
