They over promise and definitely under deliver. They hide behind texts rather than making a 1 minute phone call. Extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company in this space. Their side of the story is not at all accurate. They relied on excuses, did not honor the schedule they actually set, asked us to miss work to accommodate them but couldn’t do what they said. Not acceptable. Then they quit on their commitment without explanation. But they will blame the client for not performing. What a horrible business strategy.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. These guys were responsive, prompt, did excellent work, and went above and beyond. Flora even spent hours on the phone with Home Depot and the manufacturer on our behalf due to a faulty new motor. The issue was resolved and they returned a second time to finish the install. I’ve saved their number to use in the future. No reason to use anyone else.

Whoever drives the company truck needs to lose their license! they are going to kill someone! I have on video them doing over a hundred miles an hour cutting four lanes including double lines to HOV pulling a flat bed that was bouncing in and out of the lane and almost rear ending a car because they could not stop in time and had to cut over another lane just to not hit them. This is obviously an ongoing issue considering another reviewer posted a review regarding this and nothing changed, the owner needs to take responsibility because this driving does pertain to his business not just installations and garage door servicing.

We wanted to switch our garage door opener to a more quiet belt driven one. After contacting them, they were out the next business day. In no time at all, the old one was down and the new one installed! We love how much quieter the belt driven motor is! Service was great and the team worked like a well pulled machine. Thanks for a great job!

These people are amazing! I work in the garage door industry and was so impressed with their customer service, the gentle manner in which they handle the product, and the knowledge they have of the industry. Solid installers. 100% recommend!!!

We reached out to this company through text messages on Tuesday about a broken garage door opener. We got some price quotes over the texts and then asked them Wednesday if they could come out to do an estimate. They came out Friday and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace our garage door opener and rollers. Phillip came right on time and had everything replaced within an hour. We are 100% satisfied with the communication, equipment, and technician.

Work was alright, but the communication is terrible. We missed work 3 separate times to be available for a specific arrival window. Every time they missed the window by at least 2-4 hours, no one from their company reached out to inform us they were running late, texts were not responded to for hours, and no one answered our calls. One time running late might be acceptable IF someone from their company had called and let us know. 3 times in a row is ridiculous. This pattern of missing appointment times and not making contact is enough to make me use them again no matter how good the work quality is.

This company really needs to have more control over their technicians, who are driving their vehicle. They almost run people off the road, doing at least 90 miles an hour total disrespect to others on the road!!
