Amazing customer service! We were just trying to buy a part but Chris offered to install for a small fee. He noticed other broken parts and a part that was installed incorrectly and took care of all of it for us. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and fast!

Chris from Powell Garage Doors repaired my garage door. He arrived within the scheduled two hour window. He called a few minutes early to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived quickly after. I related the problem and he had a solution immediately. He had the required part on his truck and quickly repaired the opener. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He anwered three or four related questions for me. His visit was a total success. Powell does a great job!
