Just ask, it’s easy, and if you would’ve asked I would have said yes. Now I’m annoyed because you didn’t respect me and my property…

We were very pleased and had a very positive experience using Veterans Garage Door Repair. Our technician was Jesse B. He was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable and very responsive. He answered all my questions and informed me of how to maintain the garage. It as very helpful and we received an unexpected veterans discount which was applied. We were very pleased with our service and technician experience. I have their reminder secured to my garage door so if I have any further need i can call them quickly. 9/18/23 TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND DISHONEST MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR. TO: Owner and Annamaria manager of Veterangarage door Every sentence of your response is so inaccurate, I can’t call it nothing but lies. You were not there, you were in the office, so you can only rely on the word of your very badly trained, rude technicins, at least that all I delt with. 1. Your installation tech brought a 7 years old kid to the work area and would not allow him to move from there. I could not convert with him as he did not speak a word of English. And you were not of much help dealing with it. He lied to you that the kid was in the car. 2. 2nd tech tried to patch a mistake and misaligned the door, and broke smth in the motor of the opener. I DID NOT have an issue with it, not before, not after it was fixed. Your thech was very rude, I would say inadequate. As a nice touch he did not even closete my door manually when he was leaving. DON’T lie or repeat lies! You were not there. 3. 3rd tech made the motor function, tried to align the door, and said everything is functioning properly. The door was not completely aligned and mechanism was working with loud clics, AND the safety lock would not close at all. Your worker tried to tell me a bunch of baloney about a problem with dorr opening or foundation, etc, that I had never had before or after everything was fixed by another company. Your worker actuality tried to pull the door up on that side. All of that damaged the whole system. That’s why after making bad noises it finally went of rails. This a fact. And I have the video of that happening. Any sane person would call smb else after this experience. I couldn’t trust you company any more and letting smb else to fix it would mean I would loose the warranty. The other company did it fast, well and $500 cheaper for the same type of the door. I have all pictures, the moment of breaking on video, and STATEMENT FROM A GARAGE DOOR PROFESSIONAL of what was done wrong. I am not a difficult person. In 30 years I have never had such a bad experience with any company! So you can be proud of yourself, as your behavior tells me you don’t understand that rude, unprofessional workers solely reflect on you and the owner. ALSO last but NOT LEAST, you charged my personal credit card without my permission when the door and opener were not functioning. It s amazing how one company can do so many things wrong. Any reasonable adult will tell you this is not a coincidence. And that’s what your company reputation on the market is according to other specalists. Further discussion will take place accordingly, you know how and where. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DISHONEST, MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIOR! BE AWARE!!! Garage door wasn’t installed properly. Next technician that came to correct it did more damage then good. He misaligned the door and damaged motor, was very loud and rude, left me with the door open. The one after fixed the motor, tried to align the door, and pulled it up the way that the security lock did not fit into the space, and the whole system broke and went of the rails after a few days. After a month without being able to use garage I couldn’t trust this compay any more and hired another company that did everything fast and properly. Veteran co. refused to pick up their product and issue refund. DISHONEST, terrible customer service. They are not who they say they are.
