Cody is an experienced master tech who promptly arrived and provided speedy service replacing the broken spring within the hour. He gave informative discussion of how to keep garage door in good shape. Cody also pointed out some weakness from the previous installer which could shorten the spring lifespan. I ended up with 2 springs which suppose to last 2x longer. Will keep fingers crossed.

Garage motor was shot and needed some help. Called Gator Garage Door Repair made appointment and a tech came out to diagnose the issue and check for other worn parts and offered the best price and service. Call Gator today and request Rene he was my technician and he was great, he patiently explained everything and provided options and had the job done quickly. Thank you Rene for your expertise and professionalism and Thank you Gator for getting my garage door up to speed……now to clean the garage! LOL
