If you’re in need of garage door repair or replacement I highly recommend Austin Greater Garage Doors. Steve is a local guy, honest, and prices were better than his competition. He was able to repair my door after it almost collapsing when the cables came loose.

I had a guy by the name of Dale come out & he quoted me a price for a new opener, re-inforcement strut & spring for $1,250.00. I got charged $179.00 for this because the door has to be opened manually & two of the panels are still damaged. I was contacted by the owner & they are going to work with me to get my complaint resolved.

3rd call in the last several years. Every time they respond immediately. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The price each time has been extremely reasonable. Have their number on the wall next to the door openers. Thanks guys.

I phoned in for a quote and the guy on the other end swiftly gave me an estimate after hearing my concerns. What really surprised me was how he also suggested buying some materials myself to save even more money. I reached out to a few companies, but this was the only one that offered such advice without me even asking. Says a lot about their service, in my opinion.

I had called this company on a Tuesday, and after giving them all my information and was supposedly having a technician come out after there current service call, I received no response on Tuesday or the following day. I called back on Thursday and no answer! Today Friday, I called a different company who came out and took care of us on the same day! Shame on this company for the lack of communication and for having me give you all my information for no reason. I contacted this company due to their 5 star review, so I want to let others know that this company is non responsive and not to give their reviews the benefit of being 5 stars! Thank you! I will never contact this company again!

Steven is great to work with, he always comes through with scheduling the installations/repairs in a timely manner. Dale is also awesome in getting the work done in an unbelievable time frame! Always upfront in letting you know exactly what is needed whether it being a repair or replacements. Extremely hardworking, trustworthy, and friendly!
