These guys are great. Justin was awesome. I overpaid them and he came back later that day to give it to me. Honesty is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Overhead Door on Thursday (6/17/21) to have the motorized garage door opener looked at and I was scheduled for Friday (spoke to an older lady). No one showed up. I called Monday morning and was told I was rescheduled for Wednesday (spoke to a different woman). No one showed up. I called this morning (spoke to the same woman from Monday) and now I’m scheduled for Friday. When I asked why I keep getting pushed, she said I wasn’t scheduled for Wednesday and then said she wasn’t sure what happened. This is no way to do business, no matter how long they’ve been in business. This is not the first incident I have had with Overhead door and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. We’ll see if they show up, but I’m not holding my breath.

My door cable had malfunctioned and door would not go to up or down. It was half way up and crooked. This company has installed all of my overhead doors so I called them. I called one day and their technicians were here the next. They were very polite and most efficient. This company has always done a wonderful job for me and my family. I recommend them for any overhead door job you may have. Let me stress again the courtesy of the call and the technicians.
