These folks are awesome! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Every step of my experience with Ohana was outstanding. Booking my appointment was extremely easy. I received prompt and regular notifications about my upcoming appointment, right up until the time the technician arrived. Right on time, I might add. Richard was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional in how he went about assessing my problem, coming up with a solution that worked for me, explaining why each item was needed and he quickly resolved the issues with my garage door. I’m extremely pleased with Richard’s work, as well as my overall experience with Ohana. I highly recommend them.

Ohana doors (Richard) came by and installed a new garage door opener. Very good and friendly service, and the opener itself works great (love the WiFi), the belt is a lot less noisy than the chain we had before!

Ok…this is the 3rd time I have used Ohana and I am still completely satisfied. This time they can an updated my garage opener to one with WiFi capabilities and keypad. Mark Guzman was probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met and together with his assistant they did everything before I could blink. If you have a garage door need…call Ohana.

Mark and Maureen (owners) are always very helpful, courteous, and fair. Everything is explained perfectly and I know they are a phone call away if I forget anything. It appears they train their staff well and when new recruits see how Mark interacts with clients on the job, it really goes a long way to ensure that they will exhibit the same effort when they’re finally on their own.
