We lost power and our garage door wasn’t opening after the recent horrid storms in Houston. Crown Overhead Doors answered my phone call that evening, it was after 6:00pm. The gentleman on the phone spent a lot of time trying to help me over the phone with no service call, to see if I could just adjust the door. But it was in fact broken. They then set me up with an appointment the very next morning. Isac came the next morning right on time. He was so helpful, professional and nice! The price was just right. We are so grateful for their speedy service. They are an honest and hard working company! Definitely recommend!

Efrain fixed my garage door and I was so impressed with him.he was very polite,respectful and very honest. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a garage door repair person. The best!

My overhead garage door stopped working and we had to get the springs replaced to determine if this was the problem. I called a number of suppliers, including Crown. In talking with Mike, he was very knowledgeable when it came to overhead doors, parts, and openers. Also, his prices were competitive. Efrin came out to replace the springs and did an awesome job! He was not only experienced, but extremely knowledgeable and professional! He knew the proper springs that were required and was most efficient. He diagnosed quickly that my problem was not the opener motor, which others had told me. After changing a couple other parts, my door was operational again, which was music to my ears and a nice Mother’s Day gift for my wife! When it comes to overhead doors, you want to give Crown a call and get Efrin on the job. He is an expert and pro!

I dropped in to order a door for a custom size opening and these guys had everything to make the door on the spot. I asked how long it would be for the door to arrive and the guy inside the office told me to go get lunch and come back. We returned and to my surprise, everything was complete and 4 guys loaded me very quickly.

Look no further. Crown Overhead is officially my go-to place for my garage door needs. I sent a note on Sunday not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within minutes the owner responded and confirmed they could have someone at my home for my needs within a few hours. Efraim called when he was on his way, did a great job of explaining what I needed and what I didn’t need and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Thanks for the great service!

Garage door broke on a Sunday morning. Called Crown and Isaac showed up within an hour as promised. Offered us option to fix or replace and explained each. We chose to replace the garage door opener system and he had everything done, including programing our cars and phones, in a couple hours. Pricing seemed a bit high (we could have shopped around if we wanted) but would highly recommend because of prompt service and professionalism. Very pleased with overall service!
