Matthew was exceptional. He was thorough, explained our options, and replaced our Lift master garage door opener. He explained it comes with a 6 year warranty including any other repairs that may be needed if it becomes disabled. I failed to ask him if we were to receive either the warranty papers, or a copy of the warranty, and if so how(or when) will we receive them. Perhaps you could assist me by answering this question. Matthew was very friendly and very professional. He is a good asset to your company, so I hope his manager rewards him for a job well done. Because of his effort to expedite our problem, we will always use and refer your company to others.
