Mikey from Viking was great! He replaced my garage door opener, serviced all of the other parts of the garage door, and explained the functionality of the new opener. He made sure everything was in excellent working order before he left. This is the third time I have used Viking for a garage door repair in the past 10 years. Luis (hope that’s correctspelling) came out in May to fix broken garage doors & really listened to me & what I wanted to do for the doors. He problem solved the doors well & explained what he could do & the price to repair. He wasn’t trying to get me to buy new & get rid of the old like a lot of places want you to do. His craftsmanship was excellent & showed me how to take better care of the doors for longer wear & tear. Loved that! Very polite & great customer service skills!!
