Revell Construction Co Inc 2 weeks agoOne of their drivers hit me and my wife coming home from the hospital from visiting my mom in the icu and tried to flee the scene. Called 911 and followed them after they made several attempts to lose us while on the phone with a 911 dispatch they transfered me to crocket county who eventually pulled the driver over. Got the company’s information from the driver. Called the company the next day and the person who handles their reports for accidents was very unprofessional using lines like “if you want to argue with someone you can argue with a traveler.” In response to me telling him my name and what happened as he asked what we wanted him to do which was to give us his company insurance name and policy number. He said he would submit a claim but we still have yet to receive a policy number or claim number. Called back again from my phone and was ignored. Called from my wife’s phone, who was present during the accident, and called and got an immediate answer from a woman. She said the person handling the issues name was Jason and that he submitted a claim but again no one contacted me from the company again or their insurance company.
