We just replaced an ancient garage door and our experience with Service Plus Garage Doors was excellent from start to finish. The process involved three separate appointments: the initial measurement/estimate, removing the old door, and installing the new one. All three service technicians were so friendly, courteous, and professional. The final installation was top-quality with straight trim, tidy wiring, etc. My husband is a carpenter/builder (aka extremely picky about anyone else’s work) and even he said, “Wow! They did a really good job. That’s the kind of attention to detail that I like and that you don’t see much any more.” That’s a huge compliment coming from him!

When a bear decided to go UFC on my garage door, Service Plus was quick to help. They ordered my new doors and had them installed in a 10 day process. The quality is great and their prices are less than competitors. The service technicians were very nice and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

Every time my family has used Service Plus Garage Doors they have far exceeded our expectations. They have serviced my garage doors in Seymour on multiple occasions & my Mother’s garage door several times as well. The service work was outstanding, the service tech’s were pleasant to deal with & the price was beyond fair. I highly recommend them.

Needed a 16 ft garage door for a job and they was the only company that could get me one fast. Very helpful and thorough. Went and picked up a few days later and by the time I made it out of office they had already loaded the door on my truck

Called in the morning on a Friday and was scheduled for that following Monday which I was already happy with. Then they received a cancellation or a window of opportunity to squeeze me in the same day and was literally at my house and fixing my garage door within a couple hours of my initial call. While I know this isn’t a typical situation, I was impressed that they called when they had a chance to squeeze me it. We will be doing a new garage door in the future and I know exactly who will be doing it.

My seven-year-old garage door is beginning to sag slightly, and I thought I should have it looked at in case it needed repaired. Derek came out, examined the door, and told me that’s typically where wide double doors fail, but it had many more years of life before any failure would take place. He checked everything else over and even give me some tips on how to best maintain the door. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I definitely know who I’m going to call when it does need work, and would recommend Derek and the company to anyone else without hesitation!
