we called these guys this morning at 7 AM and told them we were in a pinch and not hour 16 x 14 garage door needed some emergency assistance and they sent Carl out within an hour to fix our door!! This is the second time I have used BT1. In both cases, I have received outstanding service. My garage door this morning wouldn’t open. They got me in right away, same day early afternoon. The technician Nate was very knowledgeable, polite and demonstrated a good work ethic. He installed my new garage door opener in no time! this company and their team of employees is a breath of fresh air these days. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed.
