Our garage door had been giving us a problem for a few weeks, called Crossville Door and made an appointment. Bobby called and said he would be at our home in 15 min. He was able to solve the problem and get the door working. Great service and dependable.

They came out when stated, replaced both tension springs on door. Checked door components and lubed chain and wheels. Did a great job! I highly recommend this company. Price was very reasonable.

Called another company that told me they couldn’t come for a week. That company never showed and never responded when I attempted to reach back out to them. Called Crossville Door yesterday afternoon. They were here at 8am this morning and had my door fixed in no time! Thanks guys!

Crossville Door Company……Bobby Griffin!!! Shout out to these guys! If you need garage door repair, call these guys. They showed up in less than 2 hours, fixed my door in 10 minutes, and didn’t charge me a dime!!! And wouldn’t even let me buy their lunch. Y’all call em! #gratefulheart #PayItForward

I touched the button in my car to raise the garage door but when I pulled into driveway, my husband was pulling in & the door went ‘down’ on the cab of his truck!! Called next morning & two young men came out within an hour or two. Repaired the door & also connected my garage door opener to my outside opener. They were courteous, great attitudes & efficient. I’ll gladly call them when I need a new door installed. Thanks Les for sending your guys out so promptly since we couldn’t close our door.

I had a good experience from the estimate to the installation. I purchased a full-view glass door — so it took longer for the install — and it was an extremely hot and humid day for the installers to work. They were courteous, stayed on task, were very thorough, and made sure the area was clean before they left. They also programmed my van to the door! Thanks guys!
