I had two gentlemen from this company come to my house to install a garage door screen. The employees that came to my house clearly do not understand that some people do take pride and care for their lawn. The gentleman in the picture thought it was a good idea for his coworker to drive across my lawn to get to my garage door. I told this gentleman to park on the backside of the house, that’s where the part for the garage was located. He thought he was obligated with rights to do what he wanted to do and disregarded what I asked of him. I explained to him why it was not ok for that truck to be driving across my lawn due to the underground sprinkler system heads. Neither to say, this grown man acted like a 2-year-old, caught a conniption, and stormed off. Leaving my house was the best thing he could have done. If you cannot come to a customer’s house and abide by their rules, you do not need to be in business. I called to the office to speak to the owner about what had just occurred, and the receptionist told me that the owner accompanied the technician to my house. This is clearly what is acceptable at this company. So, if you are looking for a professional company to fix/install your garage door(s) this is not the company to hire for the job. It is too big of a problem for employees to follow simple directions. This is clearly how damages occurs at people homes. The business stated: As this was the second time that this installation was scheduled with you, at no time were any instructions given about your property. On May 25, 2022, an appointment was scheduled for install that morning between 9-10. The technicians called 30 minutes in advance with no answer and when they arrived no one was home. This is a 45 minute drive from our office and no one could be available for us to complete the job. A return phone call was made after 1:00 and the appointment was rescheduled for June 6, 2022. On the way this moring, the technicians phone call was not answered. When they arrived, yet again, no one was home. After ringing the doorbell, you answered on the ring camera and allowed them access to the garage. At no point were they told they could not drive across the grass until after they already had, mind you, you have a car blocking the driveway and no one home. After apologizing to you, you wouldn’t accept it. I am sorry that this occured, but once again, at no point were they given any instructions about your lawn. I haven’t gotten my install yet however I am gonna put this up here. I am a 100% disabled veteran and these guys are helping me out everywhere they can to get me a new door. The door being the way it is makes my PTSD paranoia incredibly bad, I expect someone to get in through the door as rail is bent and such. So for what they have done so far I cannot thank them enough. Update. Guys came in and replaced everything. Exceptionally quick and they were very courteous and professional. I ended up with a problem in the end with weather stripping and the boss man himself came out to make sure it was corrected. Give the man kudos from a convo we had. Guys did great.

These guys were amazing! They take pride in their work. They were fast and very fair! Our trailer door was fixed with incredible speed as we stood there in awe. Not only did they fix our spring and door so I could open it, they welded a spot to strengthen and support their work! My husband wishes they were plumbers, electricians and mechanics!! They will always have our business!!!!!

Can’t really review because they won’t answer their phone or return calls. I’ve tried twice to contact them. No answer both times. I left a detailed message both times. No return phone call both times. I even used their online “Contact Us” link both times. No response. So 4 times is the charm.

I love the people who come to do what they must do. The same garage door still is not working. Now it is I need a new motor. One door works with no problem. Both are the same age. I have new doors, they look great! Motor is what I must get…..

As a realtor, I always recommend Advance for garage door repairs/installations. They are quick to help my clients, and they have fair prices! They even recently repaired my personal garage door for me!

My father’s garage doors would not open and close properly. He called another company several times and they came out several times because they never fixed the problem, but they charged him every time they came out. He was unable to park in his garage for months until we called Advanced Door a few weeks ago. 2 repairmen came out within 24 hours, stayed less than 1 hour and both garage doors have been working ever since. They are prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fair. Thank you for taking care of my dad!
